Cobalt Exotics is a private automotive membership club operated by Cobalt Exotics VB, LLC.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. These terms govern payment acceptance and are separate from the full Membership Agreement required before any vehicle access is granted.
Important Notice
Payment does not itself guarantee activation, vehicle availability, or final membership rights before onboarding review and execution of the full Membership Agreement.

The initiation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Members are responsible for any damage, misuse, or violations incurred during use of club vehicles.
Members must maintain required insurance coverage as outlined during onboarding.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you will execute a full Membership Agreement prior to vehicle access.

Final vehicle access remains subject to onboarding and signed agreement.
Members will be required to execute the full Membership Agreement and satisfy all onboarding, insurance, policy, and reservation requirements before any vehicle use.
