Membership Terms
Cobalt Exotics is a private automotive membership club operated by Cobalt Exotics VB, LLC.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. These terms govern payment acceptance and are separate from the full Membership Agreement required before any vehicle access is granted.
Important Notice
Payment does not itself guarantee activation, vehicle availability, or final membership rights before onboarding review and execution of the full Membership Agreement.

Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at the discretion of Cobalt Exotics VB, LLC.
The initiation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Members agree to comply with all club rules, policies, and vehicle usage guidelines.
Members are responsible for any damage, misuse, or violations incurred during use of club vehicles.
Members must maintain required insurance coverage as outlined during onboarding.
Vehicle access is subject to availability and reservation policies.
Membership fees and benefits are subject to change in accordance with club policies.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you will execute a full Membership Agreement prior to vehicle access.
Turo & Third-Party Bookings
These terms apply to Cobalt membership, not Turo reservations.
These Membership Terms govern Cobalt Exotics membership only. They do not apply to one-time vehicle bookings made through Turo.
Individual bookings of Cobalt-listed vehicles on Turo are governed entirely by Turo's own terms of service, rental agreement, and policies — not by this page or the Cobalt Membership Agreement.
Completing a Turo reservation does not create a Cobalt Exotics membership and does not make you a Cobalt member.
Cobalt Exotics membership benefits (points, priority reservations, concierge support, and similar perks) do not automatically extend to a Turo guest.
Acknowledgment
Final vehicle access remains subject to onboarding and signed agreement.
Members will be required to execute the full Membership Agreement and satisfy all onboarding, insurance, policy, and reservation requirements before any vehicle use.
